Return and Refund Policy

At Eterna Packs, your satisfaction is our priority. Our products are carefully designed for humidity management of herbs, hemp, and tobacco, and we take every measure to ensure quality and reliability.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final; however, we offer limited options for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

• Returns are only accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
  1. The item is received in its original, unopened packaging.
  2. The return request is submitted within 7 days of the original delivery.
• Returns are subject to a 15% handling fee and any applicable disposal fees. Disposal fees vary based on product type and quantity.
• To initiate a return, email:  with your order number, return reason, and tracking information (if available).
• Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Eterna Packs is not liable for items damaged or lost during return transit.
  
  

2. Refunds

• Refunds are available only for orders that meet the return conditions above.
• Refunds will be issued for the purchase price minus handling and disposal fees.
• Orders are considered fulfilled once packaging is completed and a shipping label has been printed. Refund requests must be received before this point to be considered.
  
  

3. Exchanges

• Exchanges are limited to items that are damaged or defective during shipment.
• To request an exchange, email [email protected] with:
  1. Order number
  2. Quantity of damaged/defective items
  3. Description of damage or defect
  4. Tracking information for the return shipment
• Include photos of the damaged or defective items to expedite processing.
• Replacement items will be shipped once we receive the returned product. Delivery dates may vary depending on your location.
• Any shipping costs incurred by Eterna Packs for replacements will be included on the replacement invoice, if applicable.
  
  

4. Shipping Returns

• All return shipments must comply with applicable regulations, including IATA and DOT 49CFR for shipping hazardous or regulated materials.
• We recommend shipping high value items with tracking and insurance to protect your shipment.
• Eterna Packs is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  
  

5. Important Notes

• Our products are not intended for use by persons under 18 years old.
• Do not use products if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a serious medical condition without consulting a physician.
• Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and the FDA has not evaluated these statements.
